Each year at the NADA Show, we ask our members and attendees which topics they would like to see in our popular roundtable learning sessions, the Exchange.

This year, these dealer-to-dealer discussions are taking place virtually, as attendees come together to brainstorm and problem-solve the most pressing questions dealers are facing today at NADA Show.

2020 has been quite a year, and dealers have had to face one challenge after another. The Virtual Exchange will offer the chance to connect with fellow dealers in an open dialogue moderated by NADA staff facilitators to see how they’re tackling the usual business challenges during unusual business times.

Virtual Exchange Discussion Topics

Each day will feature five separate discussions during the Virtual Exchange hours. Attendees will have the opportunity to select their preferred discussion topic and join the conversation. Capacity for each discussion will be limited to help promote productive and meaningful conversations on the following topics:

Attracting and Hiring Technicians

Create a Culture of High-Performing Teams

Growing Service Retention

Digital Advertising that Connects with Consumers

Tips to Reduce Dealership Expenses
