This is a unique and challenging time for the entire country. Although operations across many dealerships may change significantly in the weeks and perhaps months ahead, NADA understands that dealership customers will still have needs in service, parts and even sales and F&I, and that dealership employees need to respond.

As dealers are maneuvering their operations and adapting to the state of business stemming from the coronavirus, NADA has a number of resources to support dealers along the way.

  • Online Courses – Online courses incorporate real-world simulations and interactivity to train and enhance the knowledge of dealership staff. With nearly two dozen courses – ranging from introduction to automotive accounting to measuring parts and inventory performance – there is no shortage of content to keep participants engaged.
  • Webinars – 30-minute interactive online presentations presented by industry subject-matter experts are recorded and available to members at any time. The nearly 150 recorded webinars available focus on solutions to key issues affecting dealerships.
  • Driven Management GuidesDriven Guides cover a wide variety of topics critical to dealership operations. Members can search and download approximately 70 guides on various topics in PDF format.
  • NADA Show 2020 Workshops – More than 100 workshop presentations from NADA Show 2020 in Las Vegas are available on-demand and include video recordings, presentation slides and handout materials.

As always, NADA’s exclusive online educational resources and learning tools are available to dealers and their staffs at no additional cost through their membership. To access these benefits, please login or create an account here. For dealership staff to create an account, they must use their affiliated dealership’s email address.
